FELANIAM
Tony Myers · Philadelphia

Systems that read everything and send nothing until you rule.

Felaniam is Tony Myers's operating studio. Three lines of work, one rule under all of them: the owner is the judge. The system collects, drafts, and proposes; a person decides; only then does anything go out.

What we do

Ekko

Done-for-you AI operations

For consultants, creators, fractional execs, agencies, and small firms.

The agent is free and open source. Tony installs it into the tools you already pay for, email, Slack, repos, calendar, recorder, your notes, so everything lands in one place with a memory of your goals, then keeps it running every night on the Claude, Codex, or Gemini subscription you already have.

  • Nightly pull, morning brief, weekly groundskeeping, monthly check-in
  • Nothing leaves without your approval: drafts queue, you click
  • Your data lives in a git repo you own

Solo $600/month + $1,200 install · Team (3–15) $2,500/month + $5,000 install · $200 fit call, credited against the install

Hold the Room

An assistant that drafts every reply and sends none of them

For owner-operators whose inbox and phone are the business.

An email arrives. The assistant decides whether it waits on you, drafts a reply in your voice resting on quotes from what they actually said, and puts one numbered digest in front of you. You reply 1, 2 no, or 3 tell them Tuesday works, or tap Send. What you sign goes out as you, in their thread. What you edit teaches it. Nothing goes out otherwise.

  • Rule by email reply, by one-tap link, or from a live page
  • Drafts rest on your website and the sender's, never on a guess
  • Running today for Felaniam's own inbox

The Crowbar Crew

Independent IT for Philadelphia buildings

For multi-tenant commercial buildings and the landlords who run them.

Tenant internet and VLANs, building WiFi, cameras and access control, cabling, firewall, and a consistent on-site presence. A few long-term buildings, not a volume help desk. Vendor-neutral: the gear is chosen for the building, not the reseller margin.

  • Service area: Philadelphia
  • Anchor-client model, long-term

Working with Tony

Start with a call. For Ekko, a 45-minute fit call is $200 and is credited in full against the install if you book within 30 days. Sometimes the answer is "just use the free agent," and you get a written plan either way. For building IT, it starts with a 30-minute walkthrough of the building.
Installs are booked with 50% down. The balance is due at go-live, and the monthly starts the day it is running.
Cancel any month. The folders keep working without Tony, because they are yours. You lose the monthly check-in and the person watching it, nothing else.
Nothing is sent on your behalf without your approval. Every outbound action, email, message, commit, sits behind a gate you can read and tighten.
No write-back into your other tools. Your CRM, booking tool, and ticketing system stay theirs; their data comes in by export or webhook.
